David Terei

Fellow Emeritus

David Terei served as an XSeed Fellow from 2014-2016 and is a PhD student in Computer Science at Stanford University. He is also the current CTO and co-founder of MemCachier, a SaaS in-memory database company. He is interested in the infrastructure and security space, one of his primary areas of research.

Prior to joining XSeed, David was data analytics consultant at IBM in Sydney, Australia, working on various data consolidation and analytic projects for ASX100 companies. David also spent a summer at Microsoft Research working on the GHC Haskell compiler, and earlier in his career spent time at SIRCA, building and launching a new financial new search engine for the company.

David holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales and an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
