RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with PMs and engineers to build a living application experience
- Take projects from initial ideas all the way though implementation
- Create interactive mockups and lightweight prototypes to communicate and validate design decisions
- Participate in the design, observation, and synthesis of UX research to iteratively inform the product
- Kick-start the design culture of an early stage startup
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years designing and shipping web apps
- Be a hybrid designer comfortable with interaction design, system design, and data visualization
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and working in an agile manner
DESIRED SKILLS
- HTML, CSS, and Javascript prototyping chops
- Background in the data space or in data visualization
- Visual design skills
