Jackie Rotman is a Venture Fellow at XSeed Capital. Her investment interests have largely focused on segments within women’s health, and she was actively involved in due diligence for XSeed Capital’s investment in OSchool. Jackie is currently an MBA student at Stanford and MPA student at Harvard.

Prior to graduate school, Jackie founded and nationally expanded Everybody Dance Now! (EDN!), a national youth development organization that uses hip-hop dance to close opportunity gaps for marginalized youth. EDN! has served more than 18,000 youth and currently offers 80 classes per week across New York, Chicago, Houston, Portland and Southern California. Jackie remains active in strategy and fundraising as EDN!’s Board Chair.

Jackie also served as Executive Director of Spark, a philanthropic network of Millennials focused on funding women’s human rights. Jackie has raised over $2 million as an entrepreneur. Additionally, Jackie worked as an Associate Consultant at The Bridgespan Group.

Jackie holds a BA with University Distinction in Public Policy from Stanford.
