JOB DESCRIPTION
Avochato is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. We need someone who is ready to jump on the phone and talk to businesses about the benefits of our product. You will pitch them on the value proposition, collect information about their needs, and explain how our product works through demos.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- Communicate constantly with prospects via phone & email
- Provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service
- Develop relationships with businesses of varying industries to make sure they are happy with our service
- Listen to the needs of businesses and share them back with the product team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Consistent over-achievement of quota
- 1 year of experience in outbound sales and prospecting
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- An assertive and persuasive personality
- Hustle, grit, and determination
- No hesitation making calls and talking to customers on the phone
